National Call Night for Judge Crawford

On April 1, Wisconsin voters will have the chance to prevent a conservative takeover of the Wisconsin Supreme Court by voting to maintain a progressive 4-3 majority — a race Elon Musk and Republicans have announced their intention to spend millions of dollars to win. But you can make a difference – join Swing Left, Stand Up America, and the Hometown Project to call voters in Wisconsin to help them make a plan to vote for liberal Judge Susan Crawford. Chair of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, Ben Wikler will join at the beginning of the call to kick off our event.

Maintaining or winning control of key state courts like Wisconsin is necessary to the larger, existential fight to preserve our democratic institutions. We need to secure both federal and state power—including in the courts—to derail the Republicans’ destabilizing agenda. On a national scale, this election could determine which party wins control of the House in 2026 and the White House in 2028
