Join EAT’s Waste Reduction team for a tour of the Kent County Recycling and Education Center. Learn more about where your recycling goes to be processed and the challenges facing waste reduction efforts in Kent County.

Kent County Department of Public Works’ Waste Reduction Educator, Micah Herrboldt, will lead the tour and be available for questions. We’ll also learn more about organic waste diversion projects and strategies to handle hard to recycle materials.

Pulled pork and pulled jackfruit sandwiches and baked beans will be served!
