On April 25th, we take our streets and we make it clear:

Our community is NOT a place for cages.

This proposed detention facility isn’t about safety.

It’s about profit, control, and putting harm in our backyard.

It’s about separating families and investing in systems that don’t reflect who we are.

And we are not standing for it.

📍 March Route:

We march east down Ecorse Road to Cogswell Street, continuing to 7525 Cogswell, the site of the proposed detention center.

📣 RALLY AT THE SITE

We will gather directly at the proposed site for a rally with 3 speakers, because this isn’t abstract. This is here. This is now. This is OUR community.
