Stop Voter Suppression Town Hall

Anti-voter lawmakers and supporters of the SAVE Act and HJR B have introduced two petition drives that would make it harder for Michiganders to exercise their right to vote by introducing oppressive voter registration requirements.

The ballot initiatives proposed by the groups Committee to Protect Voters Rights’ and Americans for Citizens Voting would require documentary proof of citizenship, creating chaos in our elections while blocking eligible voters from voting.
